Creck Sporting Ladies Thump Kamuzu Institute Sporting 6–1 to Stay Second


Creck Sporting Ladies produced a ruthless attacking display to hammer Kamuzu Institute Sporting 6–1 in their latest league encounter, tightening their grip on second position in the standings.


Star striker Alinafe Nyirenda once again stole the basics with a superb hat-trick, netting in the 26th, 63rd and 76th minutes, tallying her goals to 12, underlining her importance to the Creck Sporting attack.


She opened midway through the first half when Nyirenda struck in the 26th minute, but Kamuzu Institute Sporting briefly responded through Leeze Evance, who equalised a minute later in the 27th minute.


Creck Sporting quickly regained control, with Aisha Banda restoring the lead in the 33rd minute before Aisha Simba extended the advantage just before the break with a well-taken goal in the 42nd minute, sending Creck Sporting into halftime in command.


The second half belonged entirely to Creck Sporting.
Nyirenda completed her hat-trick with two clinical finishes in the 63rd and 76th minutes, while Emily Banda capped off the dominant performance with the sixth goal in the 80th minute.


The emphatic victory sees Creck Sporting Ladies move to 27 points from 10 games, maintaining second position as they atill continue to mount pressure at the top of the table.


With confidence high and goals flowing, Creck Sporting Ladies look well-placed to sustain the title challenge as the season progresses.
