Creck Sporting suffered a 1–0 defeat away to Kamuzu Barracks at Champions Stadium in Mponela, following a 17th-minute strike by Sam Chiponda.

The loss marks our second defeat in the second round of the league in an away fixture.

A defensive error from Dalitso Nahipa allowed Kamuzu Barracks to capitalize and score with a chipped effort inside the box.

Despite making several changes bringing on Ademola Ajibola, Kondwani Chilembwe, George Chaomba, Babangida Ishaya, and Peter Godfrey the team could not overturn the deficit.

George Chaomba created numerous chances, and his energy opened up several opportunities. Jackson Beza and Frank Phiri came close to leveling the score, but their efforts were denied.
