Creck Sporting vs Chitipa United β League Clash This Sunday
Creck Sporting returns to action this weekend as we host Chitipa United in a crucial league encounter on Sunday the second meeting between the two sides this season.
Our first clash ended in a goalless draw during the historic opening of Chitipaβs home ground, which also broke records by generating K18 million in gate revenue, the highest ever recorded.
We head into this match after a 1-1 draw against Blue Eagles last weekend, with Frank Phiri equalizing in the 12th minute to secure a point.
Head coach Kananji remains confident as the team continues its unbeaten run in the second round, now three games without defeat.
βWe are the ones who need the maximum points the most to climb the table. We haven’t tasted victory in the second round yet, so this is a must-win for us,β Coach Kananji
Currently sitting 11th on the log with 21 points, Creck Sporting is determined to secure all three points and improve our position in the standings.
