A dominant play in the second half was not enough to force a an equal result against Silver Strikers as we lost by two goals to one at Aubrey Dimba stadium in Mchinji.
Two throw in's from the central bankers translated into goals due to poor communication with Uchizi Vunga and Binwell Katinji punishing our defense from similar mistakes.
First Half; Our defense lacked confidence and there was poor organisation. Talandira Chigaula and Chris Lwemba were failing to coordinate well at the back unlike the Moyale Barracks game, which saw Silver Strikers score freely.
Lwemba and Bayo Fatayo failed to calm the tempo of the game for the visitors which forced Coach Kananji to make an early substitution replacing them with Hardy Ng'andu and Akuzike Lifa.
Vunga who was left unmarked in the six yard zone connected with a Macdonald lameck throw in the first half for the bankers to lead at the break . Creck's failed to register a short on target as the visitors were too aggressive and dominaed in possession, aggressively.
Second Half: Coach Eliya Kananji introduced George Chaomba and Anold Son Kiyama, a decision that brought some tactical abilities in front interms of offense.
Chaomba's impact saw Silvers defense loosing possession, with Patrick Mupanzi and Jackson Beza coordinating till we equalized, an own goal from Nickson Mwase.Five minutes later the visitors took the lead again from a similar mistake after a throw in which left Binwell Katinji unmarked.
Creck's came out harder within the dying minutes, Jackson Beza had a chance to level the match but the bankers were solid at the back
During the post match interview Coach Kananji expressed dissatisfaction with the result though he hailed the boys for a staller performance especially in the second half, sighting a big improvement since he took the reigns.
Despite the poor result the team still seats on position 8 on the standings with fourteen points from twelve games played.
