Creck sporting away fixture has been confirmed as we will be heading to Dwangwa to face Mafco at Chitowe stadium in the TNM super league this coming Saturday.


The trip follows our second victory, a 2-0 win over Songwe boarder united last Sunday at Aubrey Dimba Stadium in Mchinji.


About this game; This will be our third meeting with the Salima based soldiers since joining the elite league last season.


Last year, we claimed victory from all meetings in home and away fixtures with similar goal margins, 2-1.


At Chitowe, Peter Kasonga broke the deadlock for the home team till half time. Gift Kadawati leveled the match seven minutes later in the second half, with Yasin Chida hammering a second on 87th minute, 2-1 to Creck’s.


In a return match at Aubrey Dimba, Stain Malata scored for the visitors with Harvey Nasiyaya equalizing for us a minute later. We secured the victory through George Chaomba’s effort just two minutes in added time, 2-1.


We also met them during pre-season friendly match which saw Creck beating them 4-1. Patrick Mupanzi, Kondwani Chilembwe, Hadji Wali and Luke Chima were on target, with Robert Radwell scoring the consolation goal for the visitors.


Mafco are heading into this fixture from a 1-0 defeat against Moyale Barracks at the same venue a week ago, Chitowe, Duncain Mwale with an own goal. They currently sit on position 12 on the table with six [6] points from six matches.


Meanwhile, the Creck’s have picked up eight points from the seven games they have played with defeats to Mighty Wanderers, Dedza Dynamos and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets. We drew against Kamuzu Barracks and Blue Eagles fc.


However, the team has welcomed back Peter Godfrey, Hadji Wali and Bayo Fatayo who did not travel with the team last week due to injuries.


The team regrouped on Tuesday morning ahead of the Chitowe trip.
