George Chaomba and Jackson Beza were on target as Creck Sporting secured a historic 2-0 victory over FCB Nyasa Big Bullets at Aubrey Dimba Stadium our first-ever win against the Blantyre based outfit since gaining promotion a year ago.

The high-intensity clash produced all its goals in the first half, with the final 45 minutes played goalless as both teams pushed but failed to find the net.

Head coach Eliya Kananji made a decisive half-time change, introducing George Chaomba over Gift Kadawati, who immediately shifted the momentum.

Chaomba opened the scoring after connecting brilliantly with a well-delivered corner from Frank Phiri.

Moments later, the in-form attacker beat Andrew Juvinala with a powerful run before laying off a perfect killer pass to Jackson Beza, whose thunderous strike sealed the 2-0 advantage.

With relentless energy and aggression throughout the second half, Chaomba was deservedly voted Player of the Match.

Kananji further strengthened the attack by deploying Ademola Ajibola, Patrick Macheso, Stain Patrick, and Kondwani Chilembwe to maintain pressure up front.

The boys sustained the tempo until referee Alfred Chilinda blew for full time, confirming the historic victory.

The win pushes Creck Sporting from 10th to 9th position on the log table, now sitting at 33 points from 25 games played.
